I ordered this pocket sanitizer, as well as the deluxe but UPS delivered it to wrong address. I filed a claim but they told me they've exchanged the outcomes of the claim with uv care and I can contact uv care only but I have reached out to you numerous times through email and nobody is reaching out to me. Difficult to open
The battery compartment was VERY DIFFICULT to open. Had to resort to a screwdriver and damaged the compartment tab in the process. Process looks simple on the directions - simply push in direction of arrow while reality proved much different
